Point Judith, RI - Tuna
Captains Andy and Rich head up to
Point Judith to get in on a red hot school tuna bite with Captain Mike Neto of the Adrianna.
Bluefin Tuna fishing just keeps getting better every year. The bite was non-stop and they caught way too many
bluefin tuna to count. Some of
the fish were nearly 35lbs! They put the trolling gear away and
had all the fish on the new Shimano butterfly jig system and Yo-Zuri
topwater plugs on very light spinning tackle.

Rhode Island Sound Tuna
Captains Andy and Rich pack up their 22ft Edgewater and
trailer up to Point Judith, RI to spend the day tuna fishing with Captain
Mike Neto. Mike shares with them his secrets for small boat tuna
trolling and the bite is so good that they even break out the jigs.
The action never stops and they end up catching dozens of bluefin (to
30lbs), green bonito, and false albacore. The techniques and tackle
in this show can be used by anyone who wants to troll for the amazing
tough fighting and great eating fish.

Topwater Tuna
Andy and Rich head up to historic Gloucester, Massachusetts
to chase down surface feeding tuna within sight of the beaches. They
team up with Captain John Pirie and use run and gun techniques to hook up
Bluefin Tuna in the 50-100lb class. All of these fish were caught by
throwing popping plugs or small metal SPRO jigs. The techniques and tackle
used in this show can be used any time the tuna are on top and crashing
bait.
